Senior Day

Join us for “A Day at the Fair Together!” Senior Day celebrates adults age 55 and older with a special, less-crowded opportunity to enjoy the Fair, connect with community organizations, and learn about services and resources for older adults. Exceptional children and caregivers are welcome.

The 2026 celebration features senior exhibits and vendors and a Senior Prom. Service providers, veterans’ organizations, and employers interested in hiring experienced older workers are invited to participate.

2026-Senior-Day Registration and Sponsor Forms – FILLABLE

Vendor/exhibitor registration is $100 and includes one 8-foot table and two chairs. Sponsorships start at $300, and bingo and event prize sponsorships are available at $10 per award. Qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations may request booth-fee assistance, subject to committee approval and available funds.

Sponsor commitments and tent-weight bag reservations are due September 30. Vendor/exhibitor and prize-sponsor registrations are due October 30. Please download the 2026 registration packet for participation options, tent safety requirements, payment instructions, and forms.

Return registration forms to SeniorDay@CoastalCarolinaFair.org or mail them to 2026 Senior Day, 9850 Highway 78, Ladson, SC 29456. Do not email credit-card information; follow the payment instructions in the packet.
